Superintendent highlights graduations, honors Tommy Underwood and retirement of trustee Rusty Case

During his superintendent's report, Jeff Irvin updated the board on calendar items including kindergarten graduation (May 27), senior awards (May 28), Employee Appreciation Breakfast (May 29), FHS graduation (May 30) and PRIDE graduation (June 2). He also invited the board to the SLI conference (June 17–20) and the Employee Appreciation Breakfast.
A representative from Balfor Industries presented Tommy Underwood with a regional and national award recognizing his leadership in the district. Irvin also honored Rusty Case on his retirement from the Quinlan ISD Board of Trustees after 20 years of service.
