Commission approves J & B Contractors to replace tube at Hiawatha Country Club entrance

Road and Bridge Secretary Tami Lehmkuhl presented a list of potential locations for contractor repairs after the June 3—6, 2026 storms, based on a report from Superintendent Jerry Hisle. Commissioners discussed obtaining price lists from local contractors to assist with the repairs.
Commissioner Heinen moved to approve J & B Contractors to remove and replace the tube at the entrance of Hiawatha Country Club; the county will provide two 24-inch by 30-foot tubes. Commissioner Tesoriero seconded and the motion carried.
