The roll-call vote recorded six yeas (Ben Bliven, Katie Felch, Shannon Grabko, Lindsey Lewitzke, Larry Schaefer and Yee Leng Xiong) and one absent (Joshua Dickerson).
The public minutes note three closed-session topics without disclosing confidential details: "Update on negotiations," "Discussion of the retired administrator WRS payment situation," and "Cash in Lieu discussion." The minutes identify staff present, including Executive Assistant Ellen Suckow and that Sarah Trimner "also joined," but offer no substantive, nonconfidential summaries of the discussions.
