Section 307(B)(1)) to discuss personnel items and to conduct an ongoing evaluation of the superintendent. Board members reported present in executive session were Johnny Merrell, Sarah Havenstrite, Larry Hoover, Steve McCormick and Superintendent Rob Armstrong.
The board returned to open session at 12:51 p.m. President Steve McCormick acknowledged the return and the meeting minutes state that "no action was taken" during the executive session. Immediately after returning to open session, the board approved employment of personnel listed in the attachment and accepted resignations received since the previous meeting on recorded votes.
