The consent package included the district's Optional Flexible School Day Program (OFSDP) application for the 2026–2027 school year to serve Raymondville Options Academic Academy, Raymondville Early College High School, and Myra Green Middle School; initiation of the process to dissolve a Shared Services Arrangement at the conclusion of the 2026–2027 fiscal year; and authorization of a $1,500 early retirement incentive for eligible employees, with the superintendent empowered to set program guidelines and final approvals.
Also on the consent agenda the board recommended approving an Audit Engagement Letter from Cascos & Associates, PC for external auditing services for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, and approved payment to Skyward Inc. in the amount of $80,885 from General Fund 199. The motion to approve the consent items was made by Daniel Garcia and seconded by Veronica Munguia; the motion passed 6–0 (one member absent).
