Commissioners approve abatement ordinance for 114 S. 9th Street; owner Todd Eustice present

Ordinance 1832 repeats the process authorized in similar abatement actions: the enforcing officer may invite bids or perform the work with city employees, sell salvage to offset costs, and assess remaining costs as a special assessment against the described lots (north half of the east half of Lots 23 and 24, Block 43). Commissioner Truelove moved to approve Ordinance 1832; Commissioner Banzet seconded and the motion carried.
