Randy Swiger, a public-works employee who stood in for supervisor Bill Davison, told the council that scheduled daily garbage pick-ups ran as usual and that "Due to an outage, garbage pick up is also daily at the Harrison Power Station." He reported blacktop patching on Tuesday and Thursday and said crews are still reading meters that have not been changed or that are not connecting.
The minutes note Bill Davison was absent due to sickness. Council member Micheal Stire moved to accept the public-works report and Council member David Bennett seconded; the motion carried.
