Court acknowledges Geo Southern notice for temporary lay-flat water line in Precinct 3

"What this is gonna be is for a lay flat water line to service some additional reservoirs in the area. They do have their permit from the Corps, to be able to pull from Lake Somerville as well as they do have their TxDOT permit," Stokes said, and provided route distances including approximately 1.43 miles along Old Landau Road. Stokes said the work is anticipated to continue into the fall and that the company will need to stage tanks and coordinate later right-of-way restoration.
