Rosemont ZBA elects Christopher Stephens as chairman pro tem, approves minutes

The Village of Rosemont Zoning Board of Appeals elected Christopher Stephens as chairman pro tem at its Dec. 3 meeting. The motion to elect Stephens was made by David Houston, seconded by Larry Cullerton, and the vote was recorded as unanimous among members present.
The board also approved the Zoning Board of Appeals minutes from Sept. 16, 2024. The motion to approve the minutes was made by Larry Cullerton and seconded by Augie Sansone Jr., and the motion carried unanimously. With no further business, Larry Cullerton moved to adjourn, Augie Sansone Jr. seconded, and the meeting adjourned at 3:16 p.m. Secretary Kathryn Lawler signed the minutes.
