Other approved bids included White Bluff #38 Lot 43 ($3,603.00) and White Bluff #24 Lot 72 ($3,606.00) to VB Builders LLC, and multiple lots sold in packages to Brewer & Sons Homes, MADAV Investments LLC and GGR Land LLC (a package of lots totaling $10,619.10 to GGR Land LLC).
Board members recorded motions and seconds for each lot sale and carried each approval unanimously in open session. The approvals were presented under Action Item E on the agenda and appear in the meeting minutes as individual motions with recorded dollar amounts per lot.
