The resolution text recorded in the minutes states that "the Board hereby disapproves and rejects the request by the Waller County Appraisal District to purchase and renovate the proposed facility at 48600 Business 290 and secure related financing, and further adopts the 'NO' resolution further indicating this disapproval."
