The board then voted to adopt a resolution ranking the CMAR candidates and awarding Teinert Construction the CMAR role. The motion, made by Keila Ketchersid and seconded by Tysen Mortensen, carried with a recorded vote of 7-0. The superintendent is authorized to negotiate contract terms with the ranked firm per the Texas Government Code provisions cited on the agenda.
