Board of Public Works approves stormwater maintenance agreement for Lush Homes

"This is an agreement that we put in place for every permit to stay in compliance with our DNR MS 4 permit," said Max, describing how the agreement commits property owners to construct and maintain stormwater facilities as designed. The motion to approve passed by voice vote with no recorded opposition.
