Board approves $51,056.91 auditorium cove‑lighting change order; one board member objects

Supporters argued the tape lighting is a different, lower-cost solution and would be paid from annual facility allotments, not additional foundation contributions. A motion by Polk, seconded by Lang, to approve the change order passed; roll-call results show Snyder voted no while other recorded members voted yes.
