"I move to approve the Resolution declaring our intention to reimburse certain expenditures with borrowing proceeds in the amount not to exceed 1.8 million dollars," Trustee Jacob Tiemann said when making the motion. The vote recorded Trustee Drew Moses as abstaining; Trustees James Arnwine, Marcial Saenz and Jacob Tiemann were recorded as voting yea. The resolution sets authorization for future borrowing activity subject to standard legal and administrative steps.
