Starbucks closing Jan. 15; Take 5 Oil Change site plan sent for engineering review

Chairman Bornmueller told the Village of Marlborough Board of Trustees that "Starbucks is closing on January 15. Movement on the site is expected to begin soon." The board discussed commercial activity at two parcels and next steps for permitting.
Bornmueller said the Take 5 Oil Change site plan was received that day and has been sent to Sterling Eng. for review. He said the village will schedule a Planning & Zoning meeting once Sterling Engineer's questions are addressed. No formal vote or timetable for construction was taken at the meeting.
