During public participation at the Dec. 9 meeting Resident B. Mohr of Pembroke asked the board to follow up on trash behind the liquor store, saying most had been picked up but "the tire and pallet have been left for more than a week." The resident requested that village staff or trustees follow up to remove the remaining items.
Resident N. Von Buren of Pembroke informed the board that her roof replacement would begin Dec. 10 and that large commercial trucks would be parked in front of her house while work is completed. The chair closed public comment after the two remarks; the minutes record no formal action or timeline for follow-up but do record approval of expenditures and adjournment later in the meeting.
