Resident asks board to place unresolved code-enforcement matter on December agenda

During public participation at the Nov. 12 meeting, Resident M. Oslance of Oak Knoll Manor distributed a written statement about an ongoing code-enforcement complaint involving another resident and said the issue remained unresolved. He said he had met with the chairman on Nov. 4 and "requested the matter be added to the December agenda." Attorney Paul Rost asked what outcome the resident expected at the December meeting; the resident declined to name the affected neighbor in a public forum.
Another attendee, B. Mohr, suggested the affected neighbor should speak for themselves since they had firsthand knowledge. The chair closed public comment when the resident's time expired. Trustees later approved expenditures and adjourned the meeting at 7:29 p.m.
