Students showcased Bluebonnet Math and Scurry-Rosser High School honors recognized

During the April 20 Scurry-Rosser ISD board meeting, second-grade students presented problem-solving demonstrations using the Bluebonnet Math curriculum and the high school principal recognized seniors ranked in the top 10% of their class.
Melanie Bowers introduced Mrs. Muncrief and her students, who each demonstrated different problem-solving methods such as chip-model addition, subtraction algorithms, number bonds, and the arrow-way method. Principal Mrs. Babovec commended the top-10-percent students for their "dedication, perseverance, and strong work ethic," and named students present at the meeting.
The recognitions were presented during the presentations portion of the agenda and were not subject to a vote; they served as highlights acknowledging student achievement and classroom instruction.
