Recovery-service provider pitches Dixon on sheltering and wraparound care

She said Archway recently opened a 50-bed Fairfield facility, expects to open a 62-bed facility early next year, and is developing a women’s program that will include prenatal services.
Scribe said Archway assists clients with Medi-Cal enrollment and provides "wraparound services" including job-skills and budgeting support; she also said Archway manages nine sober-living houses and has expanded its staff "from a dozen employees to about 140 in the last year." Council members and staff pointed audience members to local coordination groups (continuum of care, CAPs), and one councilmember offered to help connect Archway to additional local contacts.
Scribe left informational materials and business cards for staff. Her presentation was framed as a resource briefing rather than a request for immediate council action.
