The approval authorizes work described in the Joeris General Contractors proposal and is intended to allow early civil/site work to proceed.
Board member Donna Knight moved to approve the bid package; Brian Sebring seconded. The motion passed unanimously, 7–0. The minutes record approval of the Joeris proposal but do not include a contract value within the meeting text.
