The board accepted the presentation of the final cost of issuance for the Cutten School District General Obligation Bond, Election of 2024, Series 2025, totaling $2,500. Trustee Beth Johnston moved to accept the report; Trustee Mary Dewald seconded and the motion carried 3-0.
Separately, the board discussed implementation priorities for Measure K Phase 2 for Ridgewood (with modifications) and additional Cutten projects. Architect Brie Gargano presented Phase 2 concepts via Zoom and Becky MacQuarrie and other trustees discussed ideas to begin work on the administration building and an extra classroom before addressing the parking lot. Additional priorities mentioned included Cutten asphalt, multipurpose room painting, new tables, HVAC upgrades in portables, Ridgewood window upgrades and installation of solar at Cutten. The minutes do not record a final, vote-approved Phase 2 project list or an adopted schedule.
