County plans in-house landowner appreciation picnic this September

"We've talked about landowner appreciation, and I've gotten permission to do it ourselves in house," the Chair said, asking clubs to consider donating or providing giveaways as they did last year. Several club representatives said Sundays work best for them because of work schedules and agreed to collect donations and prepare promotional materials for the county newsletter.
Staff said they will coordinate with clubs to collect and distribute the materials, and that final date and vendor details will be confirmed at the August meeting.
