Model 2 would implement a 3.0% GPI and set a $51,550 starting teacher salary with an estimated additional cost of $368,693.
Slides compared the market median and the district’s existing pay schedules across years of experience. Trustees were shown cost estimates for each model as part of the trade-offs between compensation improvements and budget constraints; no compensation decision was made at the workshop.
