Hearing Officer Krano presented the stipulation and noted an important compliance item: NV Energy agreed to file certain information in the present docket on or before April 30, 2026. If the utility files its next Integrated Resource Plan earlier and that filing contains the requested information, the utility may submit a letter showing the compliance was satisfied, avoiding duplication.
The commission accepted the stipulation and issued the appropriate order. Staff and the hearing officer said the stipulation contains commitments intended to improve future DRP filings and ensure the record includes additional information requested by staff and intervenors.
