Commissioner Cordova described the item as an annual report on quality-of-service metrics and compliance with the order issued in docket number 15-6064 and said the draft order before the commission "grant[s] those petitions and suggests a couple of modifications to the final order that we had previously adopted." The commission took a roll-call voice vote; each commissioner responded "aye," and Chair Williamson stated, "Motion carries." The action directs the commission's clerical issuance of the modified order as drafted.
