Chairman Bornmueller and Attorney Paul Rost explained the homeowner must remove large tree-trimming equipment by the end of August and may rent off-site storage; it was also clarified that the homeowner must occupy the home to operate a home-based business and must pass an occupancy inspection before moving in.
The board additionally confirmed trash receptacles should be placed on the street unless truck arm access is impeded, in which case placement at the tree line is acceptable. Mohr also requested the board check on a property at 1110 Pembroke that appears neglected; the minutes note Code Enforcement will investigate. Resident D. Anderson separately inquired about a new house being built at the end of Pembroke; the board confirmed plans have been submitted and work has begun.
