"I move that we approve the purchase of two additional white fleet vehicles for the Maintenance and Operations Department at a total cost not to exceed $82,000.00," Patrick Kelly said when moving the item. The minutes list the dollar cap; vendor selection, vehicle specifications and delivery timetable were not recorded in the minutes and appear to be delegated to staff procurement processes.
