Comal County renews Ameriflex FSA and COBRA administration fees

The county's health-care FSA maximum remains $3,300 per year and dependent-care FSA maximum $5,000 per year; staff said the administrative fee per participant rose from $3.50 to $3.70 per month and COBRA admin from $0.50 to $0.55 per participant per month.
A motion to approve the renewal was moved and seconded and the court approved the item. Staff thanked general counsel for review of the agreement.
