Trustee Hollander moved to accept the treasurer's figures presented by Trustee Doebber. Later in the meeting Trustee Boergadine moved and Trustee Hollander seconded approval of the expenditures as presented. All motions passed by voice affirmation; the minutes do not record roll-call tallies.
