Staff recommended approval on each item citing complete applications or near-complete construction conditions.
For Simmons Valley Phase 1, the court accepted an amendment extending two irrevocable standby letters of credit as surety for construction and authorized the county judge to sign associated agreements. Staff explained separation of surety responsibilities where portions inside and outside right-of-way require distinct sureties. Each item was approved on motion and second without recorded opposition.
