Staff said the resolution (recorded in the meeting as "20,250 one-three") is required for the TxDOT crossing at FM 311 and that final routing through TxDOT should take about three weeks after execution.
The installation plan described a siren on the west side of FM 311 and a monitoring node within the right of way; staff recommended approval to finalize three remaining crossings. The court approved the resolution by motion and second with no recorded opposition, advancing the county's multi-site high-water warning rollout.
