Northern Valley board approves supplementals, contracts and a janitor hire
Summary
At the Aug. 12 meeting the board approved supplemental hires for FFA and Scholars Bowl, accepted a resignation, approved Administration/Certified/Classified contracts and IPDPs, and recorded a hire for HS janitor. All votes were unanimous.
The board approved a series of personnel actions on Aug. 12. Motions carried 6-0 to hire Kacie Yocum (FFA supplemental) and Nita Lewis (HS Scholars Bowl supplemental), to accept resignation of the summer weight-lifting sponsor, to approve Administration, Certified and Classified contracts, and to approve Individual Professional Development Plans (IPDPs) reviewed by the Professional Development Committee.
Separately, minutes from an earlier meeting included the recommendation and motion to hire Clayson Patterson for the HS janitor position (recorded in the July 8 packet and affirmed in personnel listings). Each personnel motion recorded the mover/second and a unanimous recorded vote in the minutes (see SEG 080–116).
