Superintendent Samuel Talley told the board Jan. 12 that administration reviewed enrollment numbers to understand recent student withdrawals and retains supporting documentation for each withdrawal. He said the district plans to advertise that it offers five Career and Technical Education (CTE) program options to prospective students.
Talley also announced election-calendar items: the filing period to place a candidate on the ballot is Jan. 14 through Feb. 13, 2026. He said the district's March board meeting will be moved to March 2. The public minutes do not include granular enrollment numbers or the specific names of the five CTE programs.
Board members did not record additional action on these items during the meeting; they were presented as part of the superintendent's oral report to the board.
