Savoy ISD recognizes staff and celebrates UIL championships

The Savoy ISD Board recognized employees and heard school reports during its Dec. 8 meeting. The district named Ashlyn Isom Elementary Teacher of the Month, Ethan Norwood High School Teacher of the Month and Sara Morrison Staff of the Month.
Administrators presented school reports: Danny Henderson delivered the elementary report and Rory Hilliard presented the high school report. Mrs. Sritairat presented Elementary and Junior High UIL results and reported that the district is ES and JH UIL champions. The recognitions and UIL results were presented as informational items and no board action was required.
