Later, staff presented items 4a and 4b as regulatory operations items eligible for a no-discussion vote; no commissioners pulled those items and the Commission accepted staff recommendations and issued the appropriate orders by unanimous voice vote.
Chair Haley Williamson opened both the initial and closing public comment periods and reported no members of the public were present to comment in Carson City or Las Vegas. She adjourned the meeting at the end of the agenda.
