Notable contract amounts recorded in the minutes include: Bugwacker (pest control) not to exceed $38,000; Horticare LLC (groundskeeping) not to exceed $160,906; custodial supplies (multiple vendors) not to exceed $155,000; Ameriwaste Inc. (solid waste) not to exceed $71,184; Deep East Texas Self Insurance Fund (workers' compensation) not to exceed $147,854; a Platinum Copiers (Sharp) lease and copy agreement with annual cost not to exceed $125,000; and a printshop lease extension not to exceed $33,342. Each motion was carried by a 7–0 vote.
