The personnel motion listing new hires was made by Eric Davenport and seconded by James Grassmuck; the principal hire motion was made by Eric Davenport and seconded by Patrick Kelly. Both motions carried 7–0.
The minutes list the staff to be employed as Gracie Abschneider, Stephanie Garrett, Evangelina Guerra, Georgina Murphy, Alyssa Powledge, Mariah Reyes, Emeri Seddillo and Lilyvet Wallace. For the principal position the motion language recorded was: "I move that we employ Torie Stewart as the R. J. Wollam Elementary Principal for the 2026-2027 school year."
