Eric Davenport moved to approve the consent agenda and Angie Lambert seconded; the motion carried 6–0 with one absence.
Consent items approved included minutes from Jan. 20 and Feb. 10; Budget Amendment #8; proclamations for Music in Our Schools Month, Texas Public Schools Week, National School Breakfast Week and Social Worker Month; purchase of new library books; and the required TEA instructional materials survey for 2026–2027. The board recorded the formal roll call: John Couch, Eric Davenport, James Grassmuck, Patrick Kelly, Angie Lambert and Rusty Norman voted yea; Clay Hertenberger was absent.
