The applicant changed the previous approval from two 15,000-square-foot buildings to a single 38,000-square-foot building, reconfigured parking and slightly increased impervious surface; York County Conservation District approved a minor modification to the project’s NPDES permit. One waiver (Section 22:303.2) was requested to advance from Preliminary to Final plan status and was supported by the Borough engineer.
Council’s approval was conditional on outstanding administrative signatures and stormwater items being completed before the plan is recorded; the motion carried with Councilmember Greer opposing. Jeff Shue noted some final signatures and administrative matters remain to be resolved and the applicant acknowledged they will address those items. The decision advances the site’s development while preserving staff oversight to ensure outstanding technical requirements are satisfied.
