The Comal County sheriff asked commissioners to approve a line‑item transfer in the animal control budget to purchase additional traps because some zones are short of equipment. "We are, right this minute, kinda spread thin and don't have enough traps to go around for people requesting them because of some of the zones where we have traps placed," the sheriff said.
Commissioner Webb moved to approve the transfer, Commissioner Crownover seconded, and the court approved the request by voice vote. The sheriff thanked the court.
