At the Nov. 8 meeting, Education Officer Keri Guinn led caucus training and logistics for the March 17, 2026 precinct caucuses, advising precinct chairs and House District officers on tasks and timelines.
Guinn told members to begin outreach early: check-in for precinct caucuses will begin at 6:00 p.m. with meetings at 7:00 p.m. on March 17, 2026, and caucus locations should be reserved and entered into the party spreadsheet by Dec. 1, 2025. The presentation included specific outreach steps—entering precinct contacts into phone/address tools, appointing district committee members, sending introductory emails, recruiting volunteers (including youth), and preparing registration tables and ballots. "Get busy now - start early," appears in the meeting slides as a direct exhortation to officers.
The party also outlined a training calendar beginning in January with targeted sessions for Central Committee officers, House District Education Officers, county-wide caucus hosts and new delegates after caucus.
