Starbucks project moving through engineering review, Marlborough chair says

Chairman Bornmueller told trustees that the proposed Starbucks development is "moving forward, in Engineers hands, going through final stages" and that the village hopes to have plans approved "within the next month" to submit to St. Louis County. He also noted that parking-space calculations had been removed or were under review as part of the plan submission.
The update came in the work-session notes presented at the Oct. 14 meeting; trustees did not take a formal vote on the development at this meeting but flagged the item for continued engineering and county review.
