The board previously discussed whether to increase sewer lateral fees because repair costs have risen and asked the clerk to research whether a fee increase would require ballot language or a public meeting.
The action was presented as a wording update rather than final fee adoption; Trustee Boergadine said the attorney supplied notes on the draft and the board will present the full ordinance for further consideration at a future meeting. The board did not adopt new fees at this session.
