Trustee Florinda Bernal moved to approve the consent agenda and Trustee Daniel Carrillo seconded; the board recorded a unanimous vote in favor with all seven trustees voting yes (Sylvester Vasquez Jr., Ida Sudolcan, Florinda Bernal, James Sullivan Jr., Daniel Carrillo, Jose Diaz, James Gonzalez). The consent agenda also included a report on purchasing cooperatives and other routine administrative items.
