Superintendent Michael Kissire told the board the cooperative would help the district meet procurement rules and streamline purchasing for food services. The board did not record additional fiscal estimates or contract terms during the meeting. The approval authorizes staff to execute the interlocal agreement and proceed with cooperative purchasing under the terms presented to trustees.
