The board voted two for Jennifer Taylor (Chad Arnwine and Jennifer Taylor) and five for Haley Leatherwood (Michael Rodriquez, Brad Hinton, Ralph Ramon, Nick Barboza and Haley Leatherwood); Leatherwood was elected vice president. Brad Hinton then nominated Jennifer Taylor for board secretary; that motion passed unanimously with seven votes in favor. President Hinton adjourned the meeting at 5:14 p.m.
