ARC requests stronger west‑front architecture, materials information for 927 Motorsports on Autobahn Loop

Robert Polk described the 927 Motorsports project on Autobahn Loop as a 15,000-square-foot new-and-used high-end vehicle dealership with a fully customized workshop. The committee noted the property has two frontages and requested the west frontage facing Autobahn Loop be distinguished with added windows or other architectural elements.
The committee also asked the applicant to provide different options for how the west and south roof lines tie into the east roof line and to identify exterior materials and colors on the plans. Melanie Greer moved to incorporate the recommendations and resubmit the revised plans to the Planning & Zoning Commission scheduled for May 26, 2026; Kayce Saik seconded and both voted AYE.
