SPCA seeks 6% contract increase; borough to discuss municipal share

The administration noted that if Michelle Klugh wishes to continue as Red Lion’s Animal Control Officer, the borough should receive a contract from her for 2025. The matter was raised as a budget consideration rather than a formal approval request; council did not vote on a change to the borough’s contract or budget at the Oct. 7 meeting.
