Superintendent reports network restored for staff and secondary students; HVAC and camera work planned

Superintendent Michael Kissire told trustees the district network is "slowly coming back up" and is available to staff and to students at the secondary campus. He thanked Technology Director Karen Evans and her team for their efforts to restore services.
Kissire also reported that HVAC installation at the Rock building will be completed during the Christmas break, a new chiller has been installed at the secondary campus and new air handlers will be worked on during the break; the vendor supplying generators for the NOC room is scheduled to arrive and new camera installations will begin in January. He announced the Sonora ISD Christmas gathering scheduled for Dec. 17 at 3:00 PM.
